Apagio Taverna Welcome to Apagio, our family run, traditional, taverna. We serve only freshly prepared, traditional home made Greek food. Both Spiros and Liz seek out the freshest ingredients from local sources everyday. Each morning Spiros can be seen leaving the island in his small fishing boat to find the day’s special catch ready for serving later in the taverna. Not to be outdone, Liz (season permitting) is often to be seen, out and about gathering local herbs to enhance her creative dishes. |
