Cosmoliva
Is a family company based in the countryside of Greece. Here for
20 years we have been making our olive oil soaps using only the
best natural ingredients that surround us, and are provided so generously
for us by nature herself.
We care deeply about our products, and also about the environment
so we are against animal testing, we use no animal fats and all
our soaps are biodegradable.

Pamela Jane Rogers
Her paintings are included in private and corporate collections throughout the world, including one in Buckingham Palace. Her interest in Greece, philosophically and culturally, prompted her to move to Poros Island in 1989, where she continues painting, leading art workshops and educational tours for University Alumni.

Poros Animal Welfare Society
Poros Animal Welfare Society was legally registered by the Greek
courts in February 2002. Our main aim is to sterilize stray cats
and dogs as well as encourage the local pet owners to have their
pets sterilized and we are getting promising results. From January
2003 our animal clinic has been up and running thanks to the Mayor
of Poros providing us with a room which is located by the Mill at
the top of Poros town.

Syllogi (Grivas Shop)
It was “the department store” of the time. The front
section was dedicated to a range of products from fabrics to everything
for the bridal dowry, while at the back was the grocery department.
The cellar became one of the first tavernas as the waiting pensioners
took a refreshing drink. The shop has remained in the same family
to the present day, still selling fine glass, tableware, cutlery
and quality linnen (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows etc.).
